What Are Eco Grants?

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme in the UK to assist in the reduction of carbon emissions by installing energy saving measures, funded by the energy companies.

The scheme started in April 2013, and over time has changed slightly. The very latest version is known as ECO3, which started on 1st October 2018 and finishes in March 2022.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO)

Why should I apply?

We know heating and insulating your entire house can be expensive, even more so if your boiler breaks and you need to have it replaced. The average cost of having a new boiler fitted can be between £2000 – £3000. However, with the assisstance of an Eco grant we can significantly reduce that cost and supply you with an A-rated energy efficient boiler.
