LA Flex is a way to access Eco Funding via your local authority for those who are not entitled to government welfare or benefits. Each local authority has the same qualifying criteria, as can be found in their respective statements of intent, but the end goal is to increase the number of households that are eligible for insulation and heating grants, the local authority can, in some instances sign off eligible properties if certain criteria are met.
